The purpose of this blog is to collect and share thoughts on the various contructs of trust in blogging. In particular, the goals are to understand how blogs are promoted by, and contribute to, desirable organizational climates. Desirable organizational climates should promote good social relationships and knowledge sharing.
I also consider social issues from time to time.

Blogs Underutilized by Schools?
I hypothesize that schools and parents underutilize blogs as tools for parental & community involvement. This is based on a small sample involving public high schools on Oahu. Anybody know of any stories, good or bad?
