In particular, the goals are to understand how blogs are promoted by, and contribute to, desirable organizational climates. Desirable organizational climates should promote good social relationships and knowledge sharing.

The growth mindset is key for those of us in the 99%. We can accomplish great things by effort. Reward persistence and effort not "smartness."
